Chanukah Faire at Temple Emanu-El this Sunday, November 23

The community is invited to the annual Chanukah Faire, presented by Temple Emanu-El Sisterhood.  This exciting event will take place at the Temple from 10am to 2pm. It’s one-stop Chanukah shopping, include candles, dreidels, gift wrap, and cards.  More

 

 

Yavneh To Hold e-Waste Fundraiser

Yavneh Day School is holding an E-Waste Fundraiser November 17-21. Please bring all of your e-waste to either lobby in the Levy Family Campus or drive through drop off is available from 8-8:45 am and 3-3:45 pm in the parking lot next to Yavneh. More

Chabad of Sunnyvale launches new youth program

Chabad of Sunnyvale has launched Jewish Youth Zone, its newest Jewish Enrichment initiative. The JYZ is a series of clubs, developed to connect Jewish kids with each other while exploring Jewish traditions and values in a fun environment. Jewish Youth Zone will instill a deep sense of Jewish Pride, Community and Social Responsibility. Open to children of all backgrounds and affiliations. More

 

 

Beth David Hosts Klezmakers Concert on November 22

Join Congregation Beth David on November 22 for an exciting coffee house environment and enjoy the authentic sounds of the mid-peninsula’s very own klezmer band, the Klezmakers. More

 

AIPAC South Bay Membership Dinner

This year’s event, held on December 7, will provide a truly unique opportunity for the community to pull together at a time when politics and Congressional support for a strong US-Israel relationship must come together.  There have been a number of changes made to the program’s format that will make this year’s event a must-attend for new people and long-time attendees alike.
